  • Good water: if your water is highly chlorinated leave it in a large jar or pitcher overnight to reduce the chlorine.
  • Use cold water for your kettle as it contains more oxygen, which means the tea you make will be more delicious.
  • Use fresh cold water for every new tea infusion.
Key Ingredients & How It Works
  • Elderflower: A natural decongestant that helps clear "drip" and supports the body during fevers or allergies.
  • Lemon Verbena: Rich in antioxidants that protect muscles from oxidative damage.
  • Lemon Balm: Calms the nervous system without causing drowsiness; great for "brain fog."
  • Mint: Menthol opens the respiratory passages and settles the stomach.
  • Rooibos leaves: Provides a caffeine-free, electrolyte-rich base with zero bitter tannins.
Directions for Use & Expectations
  1. Place 1 Tablespoon of the herbs into a French Press or Tea infusion pot.
  2. Pour just-boiled water over the herbs.
  3. Keep covered for 5-10 minutes (Leaving it too long could cause the tea to turn bitter).
  4. Strain and add honey or sweetener if desired.
